Delivery documents

Folders stay with your team until you choose Share folder. Sharing gives the named customer access to view and upload documents and sends Google’s invitation.

New uploads are reviewed and classified automatically once each morning. If you know a customer just uploaded something, use Refresh folder documents now on that delivery record.

Start a phone intake

Find the customer in Keap to prefill their contact information, or complete the blank form below. The form follows Jotform in the same order. Your first save creates a separate delivery record and requests its Shared Drive folder.

For an intake already saved in Keap, find and select that customer, then choose Review completed Keap intake. Import each completed delivery before reusing the contact fields for another request.

Delivery requests

Each phone intake stays with its delivery record. Jotform uploads are copied automatically to that submission’s matching folder in the Boat Delivery Responses shared drive.
