Connect the Monty's Ark Adventures Keap account. The token is stored securely on the server and is used only for reading contacts and delivery notes.
Delivery form activity
Find and select a Keap customer above to manage their delivery links.
Create a separate link for each delivery request, then copy it into your message to the customer. Activity begins with these new links; earlier visits to the general Jotform link cannot be identified here.
What the activity means · saved drafts
Link accessed: the landing page was requested. Form button used: someone continued to Jotform. These events do not confirm that the named customer read or completed the form; link previews, scanners, or forwarded links can produce activity.
Submission received: a delivery note with this exact request reference and matching customer email reached Keap. Refresh after the Jotform-to-Keap automation finishes. If the customer uses a different email or an old general link, review the submission in Jotform and Keap.
Saved drafts: the form has a Save option. Jotform does not expose incomplete saved submissions through its API, so they must be checked in Jotform Tables. Unsaved answers are not available here.
